These pelargoniums (geraniums to most of us) have made it through three winters now.
There is a gaiety to the blooms that feels just right for any season.

“But babe, it’s alright
I’m gonna wrap you up tonight,
Carry you out right on time.

thinking about the song — while painting these simple flowers.
