This past year I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying a weekly meditation class with Charlie Nardozzi. Along with his extensive knowledge of gardening, (and many Vermonters have heard his enthusiastic voice because of his VPR program, All Things Gardening), Charlie has been a revelation to sit with. The soft chants and quiet drumming and strumming on Indian musical instruments, along with thoughtful discourses on the nature of the meditative state, have all been gifts to treasure.
